Participants will have the opportunity to engage in case studies, which provide real-world scenarios for them to apply their learning and problem-solving skills

Self-Paced Studies

Pre-Readings/Article/Videos:

Participants will have the opportunity to engage in case studies, which provide real-world scenarios for them to apply their learning and problem-solving skills

Focus Time With Managers:

Participants will allocate time with their managers/directors to discuss and delve deeper into one specific title or concept covered in the training program.

Business Adaptation:

Participants will have the opportunity to customize and apply the learning content and studies to their daily work.

ChatGPT Adaptive Learning:

Using the Chat GPT language model as a tool to provide personalized and tailored learning experiences. Enhancing the effectiveness and engagement of the learning process.

Development Record

Personalized Learning Compass:

Participants will share their individual requirements, preferences, and past experiences, allowing us to tailor the training program to their specific needs.

Progress Pulse:

Regular updates on the program’s progress and participants’ development will be provided to Line Managers and HR Departments.

Graduation Study:

The graduation study serves as a culmination of the  learning journey, highlighting growth and proficiency in the subject matter.

Certification:

Participants who complete all self-paced studies, homework assignments and attend a minimum of 80% of live sessions are expected to submit a graduation study as part of the program requirements.
